Junior RF Design Engineer
We are looking for engineers who want to design real RF silicon — not just simulate circuits. This role offers direct involvement in MMIC development from schematic to silicon validation.
What You Will Work On
- Design and optimization of MMIC blocks such as:
- Power Amplifiers (PA)
- Low Noise Amplifiers (LNA)
- Drivers and on-chip matching networks
- Gain, efficiency, NF, and stability optimization
- Load-pull analysis and performance trade-off studies
- EM co-simulation of on-chip passives
- Support schematic capture, layout reviews, and tape-out preparation
- Assist in post-silicon validation and performance correlation
Eligibility
- 1–2 years of industry experience OR
- B.Tech / M.Tech project in PA, LNA, RF switch, or MMIC design
(Serious RF academic work will be considered valid experience)
Required Technical Strength
- Strong fundamentals in:
- S-parameters
- Impedance matching
- Stability analysis
- Microwave transistor fundamentals
- Clear understanding of small-signal and large-signal behavior
- Hands-on experience with Keysight ADS
- Exposure to Cadence Virtuoso preferred
- Basic understanding of GaN/GaAs device physics is a plus
Who Should Apply
- Engineers who can derive stability conditions — not rely on templates
- Candidates comfortable analyzing gain roll-off and efficiency trade-offs
- Individuals excited about mmWave PA/LNA design and silicon realization
What You Will Gain
- Direct involvement in GaN/GaAs MMIC development cycles
- Experience from simulation to tape-out to hardware validation
- Fast technical growth in a deep-tech semiconductor R&D environment
