Junior RF Hardware Design Engineer
We are looking for engineers who can translate RF theory into working hardware — from evaluation boards to system-level integration.
This is a hands-on RF board design role with real product ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Design phased array antenna and mimo antennas
- Design RF evaluation boards for PA/LNA/Switch MMICs and FEMs
- Develop controlled-impedance PCB layouts for microwave frequencies
- Work on stack-up planning, grounding strategy, and thermal considerations
- Perform board bring-up and RF characterization (S-parameters, gain, power)
- Debug mismatch, oscillations, parasitic, and stability issues
- Support validated modules into higher-level system integration
Eligibility
- 1–2 years of industry experience OR
- BTech / MTech project in PA, LNA, RF switch, or RF board design
(Serious project-level RF work will be considered valid experience)
Required Technical Strength
- Strong fundamentals in:
- S-parameters
- Smith chart
- Impedance matching
- Stability analysis
- Clear understanding of RF PCB design principles
- Hands-on lab exposure
- Experience with Keysight ADS
- Exposure to Ansys HFSS or CST Studio Suite preferred
- Familiarity with PCB design tools is a plus
Who Should Apply
- Engineers comfortable deriving solutions — not copying templates
- Candidates who understand why matching networks fail in real hardware
- Individuals excited about building mm Wave hardware, not just simulating it
What You Will Gain
- Direct exposure to GaN/GaAs RF hardware development
- Experience across evaluation boards to system-level modules
- Fast technical growth in a deep-tech semiconductor environment
- Early ownership and high-impact responsibility
