XFEM9125 - X-Band Front-End Module (9–12 GHz)

The XFEM9125 is a high-efficiency GaN Front-End Module designed for X-band T/R systems. It integrates a Power Amplifier, Low Noise Amplifier, and T/R Switch into a compact module, offering excellent gain, linearity, and fast switching for radar, SatCom, and EW applications.
